Work?
GDNAuto uses a straightforward process to ensure the safety, security and privacy of
our participating members. Our five-step process includes:
- Step One - Verification - GDNAuto's confidential
approval process pre-screens dealers and financial institutions. Only qualified participants
have access to the GDNAuto platform.
- Step Two - The Marketplace - Participants post
their loans and determine the terms of the sale. Financial institutions then provide
competitive bids and sellers select the winning bid.
- Step Three - Due Diligence - Prospective buyers
review documentation online in the Gramm-Leach-Bliley compliant GDNAuto Secure Document
Vault.
- Step Four - Closing
- then finalize contracts based upon original agreed upon terms.
- Step Five - Funding - GDNAuto facilitates the
transfer of funds between buyers and sellers.

What Does GDNAuto
Cost?
Membership to GDNAuto is free (for more information, please
see "Membership Criteria"). Once a member, dealers will pay a transaction
fee only when they successfully complete a loan sale. For more information about our

How Does GDNAuto
Screen Applicants?
To apply for membership in GDNAuto, applicants are required to submit a brief application
online and then FAX in their business and/or dealership license information.
This information is then processed through credit industry
leader Experian to verify business information and to check for any history of fraudulent
practice.
Designed to ensure the most trusted trading environment possible,
the process generally takes about 48 hours.
How Secure
Is The GDNAuto System?
GDNAuto provides access only to qualified members and uses the highest standards of
online security, including a Tier 1 hosting facility and 256-bit Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) encryption protection.
Will My Data
Be Kept Private?
At GDNAuto, the sanctity of our members' data is of paramount importance. In addition
to encrypted SSL protection, top-tier hosting facilities and Graham-Leach-Bliley compliant
due diligence document review center, we also enable our sellers to reveal only what
information they choose - and then only to authorized prospective buyers. At no time
may a competitor view any information about your firm.
