Membership Criteria and Screening Process
Membership with GDNAuto is open to any auto dealer, financial institution or investor seeking to buy or sell dealer-originated auto loans, provided they meet the criteria of our internal screening process.

GDN verifies business information and principal owner information of each applicant to ensure that only the most qualified applicants are allowed to transact on the GDN platform.

By registering on our site, you acknowledge that we will use the information you provide to request third party business profile and fraud reports in order to verify business information and to determine your eligibility to participate in the GDN marketplace.

By submitting your application, you agree to the GDN membership registration process and have read and agree to the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to approve or deny any applicant's membership request regardless of the outcome of the criteria reviewed by us. We also reserve the right to revoke membership at any time if you fail to abide by our Terms of Use.
